Responsibilities- Lead and manage a lawn maintenance crew of 2–5 team members
- Operate commercial mowers, edgers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, and other lawn maintenance equipment
- Ensure properties are serviced to company quality standards
- Organize the crew and maintain efficient daily routes
- Work to meet or exceed budgeted man-hour goals
- Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding route progress, property issues, and crew needs
- Train and develop crew members to uphold company standards
- Assist with basic equipment care and maintenance
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment for crew members and clients
- Perform spring and fall clean-ups and related lawn maintenance services
- Professional lawn care or mowing experience required
- Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Ability to lead a crew while maintaining quality and productivity
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license required
$22–$28 per hour, based on experience and leadership responsibility.
