Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Carol Stream, IL and Naperville, IL. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing organizations. Day-to-day tasks include posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. The Recruiter will also develop and maintain a network of potential candidates, manage the candidate database, and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent sourcing, resume screening, and candidate assessment
• Skilled in conducting interviews and using recruitment software
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing sectors
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting is a plus

Pay: DOE- 48k -55k per year with annual merit increase and weekly recruiting bonus.

Hours: 8:00am -5:00pm with OT as needed
