Total Support Home Care is seeking caring, empathetic, and reliable female Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support a diverse group of individuals with intellectual disabilities in Montgomery County. We are looking for candidates who are committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others and who can navigate challenging situations while upholding all agency policies and standards.

Responsibilities include providing assistance, support, and guidance through:
- Physical assistance, instruction, prompting, modeling, and reinforcement
- Self-care and daily living activities
- Health maintenance and medication-related routines (as permitted)
- Decision-making and problem-solving
- Home management tasks
- Managing personal resources
- Communication skill-building
- Mobility and safe transportation
- Socialization, relationship-building, and personal adjustment
- Participation in community activities, functions, and outings
- Accessing and utilizing community resources

- Female
- Driver's License (Required)
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Caregiving: 2 years (Required )
- Must be able to pass a background check (Required)
- Must be able to provide Driving History check (Required)
- Must be able to pass Preemployment physical /TB Screening(Required)
