Total Site Solutions (TSS) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director / Sr. Director of Operations Services to lead and optimize our end-to-end operational execution at our new Georgetown facility. This key leadership role is instrumental in scaling operations across production, quality, logistics, and customer fulfillment to support our rapid business growth. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this individual will oversee critical teams, align operations with strategic goals, and foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and collaboration. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in operational leadership, cross-functional alignment, and process optimization within a high-growth, technology-driven organization. This position is on-site at our new facility in Georgetown, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and continuously improve operations functions, including production scheduling, systems integration, quality, logistics, and testing.
• Build scalable systems and processes to support a high-growth, high-mix environment.
• Collaborate across departments, including Engineering, HR, Program Management, and Customer Delivery, to ensure cohesive execution.
• Provide operational insights and key performance metrics to executive leadership to support business planning.
• Oversee budgets, P&L accountability, and workforce planning across the operations division.
• Hire, coach, and develop a strong operations leadership team, building a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Support ISO compliance and operational readiness for customer audits and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing and data-driven strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering, Operations, or Business Management preferred.
• 12 years (Director) or 8 years (Sr. Director) of experience in operations leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and deliver strong operational outcomes.
• Strong command of production systems, quality processes, and supply chain logistics.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and data-driven decision-making.
• Comfortable working in a high-change, high-growth environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in server configuration, systems integration, or data center fulfillment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite and workforce platforms like ADP.
• Background in ISO-certified environments and operational audits.
• Experience in public or private equity-backed companies.
