Facilities Technician
Total Site Solutions (TSS), Georgetown, TX., seeks a skilled and dependable Facilities Technician to support the daily maintenance and operations of our buildings and equipment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with facility-related tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both routine and urgent maintenance needs professionally.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily inspections, routine maintenance, and repairs on plumbing, lighting, HVAC, and basic electrical systems.
- Respond to service requests and work orders promptly and professionally.
- Assist with office equipment setup, furniture moves, and departmental relocations/buildouts.
- Monitor building systems, reporting irregularities or malfunctions to management.
- Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and maintenance materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and building codes.
- Coordinate with and escort vendors/contractors, verifying completion of work.
- Support seasonal facility needs, including snow removal, landscaping, or storm preparation.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for emergency facility response.
- Travel to other TSS sites as needed, up to 10%.

Minimum Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance, building operations, or a related field.
- Must be able to work independently and prioritize work effectively.
- Ability to read and understand building plans, equipment manuals, and safety documents.
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC certification, electrical training, or trade school education.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Experience working in data center or technology facility environments.
