Parts Runner/HVAC Helper

Total Services Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a dedicated Parts Runner/ HVAC Helper to join our TEAM! In this role, you will pick up and/or deliver parts, tools, and assist HVAC service and installation technicians as needed. If you are a motivated and reliable individual looking to advance your career rather than just fill a position, this is an exceptional opportunity. This role would be especially ideal for recent HVAC program graduate, or an individual who wants to begin their career in the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up and/or deliver parts, tools, and equipment to job sites
• Ensure delivers are prompt
• Deliver/dispose of recycled material as needed
• Complete orders for restock
• Verify accuracy of parts orders and conduct proper documentation
• Support general warehouse and shop duties as needed
• Assist and support HVAC service and installation technicians as needed
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines when working with HVAC equipment

Qualifications:

• No HVAC experience is needed, but HVAC trade school or related training is a plus!
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Able to work indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team setting or individually
