This is a full-time, on-site role for an ERP System Analyst based in Howell, MI. The ERP System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing system performance, conducting business analysis to understand organizational needs, and providing troubleshooting and issue resolution for the ERP system. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that technology solutions align with business objectives and processes. Additionally, the ERP System Analyst will be tasked with identifying and implementing improvements to streamline workflows and support strategic goals.
- Proficient in Systems Analysis and Troubleshooting to ensure effective and efficient operations
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and solve complex system issues
- Experience in Information Technology and Business Analysis for process optimization
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with ERP systems is highly preferred
- Knowledge of the security or manufacturing industry is a plus
