Live Seller (Auction Host) – Warehouse Based
About Us
We are building a serious, high-volume live-selling operation. We are expanding our warehouse team and looking for
high-energy, charismatic streamers to host our live auctions. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with
serious earning potential for the right talent.
Compensation & Incentives
- $16 per hour starting (cash)
- Quick raises based on performance

What Live Selling Consists Of
You’ll host live, continuous auction-based streams directly from our warehouse. Your primary job is to create energy,
drive urgency, and convert viewers into buyers.
- Present the product clearly and confidently
- Create excitement and urgency around auction countdowns
- Call out sizes and available inventory quickly and accurately
- Engage constantly with the chat to build an audience
- Push momentum to keep sales flowing effortlessly
This is high pace. High energy. High volume.
Schedule Requirements
- Shift Length: 4–5 hours
- Minimum Commitment: 2 shifts per week
- Pacing Goal: 50 units per hour (150–200 units per shift)
Deliverables & Performance Standards
Your focus is strictly selling and energy. You will have a dedicated assistant with you during each shift who is responsible
for pulling sizes, managing product flow, and handling logistics so you can stay locked in on the camera.
- Hit a minimum of 50 units sold per hour
- Maintain a strong, confident camera presence and clear communication
- Drive continuous urgency during auction shifts
- Stay highly interactive and build rapport with viewers
- Strictly follow our pricing and auction structure
- Show up on time, prepped, and ready to perform
