We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. Duties
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure smooth production processes
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment to perform routine tasks and adjustments
- Conduct quality checks on products and identify any defects or issues during operation
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime
- Assist with loading and unloading materials using forklifts or warehouse equipment as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to ensure workplace safety
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Skills
- Proven experience in factory or manufacturing facility operations
- Mechanical knowledge related to machinery, assembly lines, and equipment maintenance
- Ability to operate forklifts, power tools, hand tools, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus, along with familiarity with assembly line procedures
