Position Summary: Are you an experienced Collision Repair Technician ready to work exclusively with cutting-edge electric vehicles? At Total Recon, we’re proud to be a Tesla-Certified Collision Repair Center dedicated solely to restoring Tesla vehicles to factory perfection. We’re seeking a skilled Automotive Body Technician to join our growing team and help us set the benchmark for EV repair excellence.

- Perform high-quality body and collision repairs on Tesla vehicles using advanced materials and repair techniques.
- Restore vehicle structures, panels, and finishes to Tesla’s strict quality standards.
- Work independently while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve production goals and ensure exceptional results.
- Complete required Tesla training on vehicle architecture, components, and repair procedures.
- 3 years of experience in automotive body or collision repair.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent craftsmanship and pride in your work.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to Tesla’s advanced EV systems.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds, if required.
