Sales Assistant

This role is critical to our success. The SA is responsible for converting inbound leads into fully documented, underwriting-ready loan files and issuing strong, accurate pre-approvals.As a Sales Assistant you will:Contact new mortgage leads same day / within 24 hoursComplete borrower interviews and full 1003 applicationsPull credit and review income, assets, and liabilitiesSend and follow up on document checklistsCalculate income (W-2, bonus, OT, self-employed)Run AUS (DU/LP) and structure loan programsPrepare and issue pre-approval lettersMaintain communication with borrowers and agentsUpdate CRM / LOS accuratelyRequirements: 1 year mortgage experience (LOA, Jr. Processor or similar)Strong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability and willingness to provide an abundance of communication and customer service via telephone and email Why Join Us?Clear role definition, strong systems, competitive compensation, and long-term growth with a producing team.About Our WorkplaceWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.Our PhilosophyOur core philosophy is pretty simple:Recruit Selectively.
