Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day mortgage operations, including loan setup, file management, and documentation tracking
- Communicate with internal and external partners
- Update systems and maintain accurate records of loan status
- Prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Provide operational support as needed

Hours for position:
M-F 9am-5pm
This position may require frequent additional hours, at times on a daily basis; must be available to work additional hours on short notice as determined by management to meet customer service and investor requirements
