Job Responsibilities
- Install, Maintain & Repair Plumbing Systems – Perform residential plumbing installations, service, and repairs, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and sump pumps.
- Diagnose & Troubleshoot Issues – Accurately identify plumbing problems and recommend effective solutions to homeowners.
- Fixture & Pipe Replacements – Install and replace faucets, toilets, water lines, valves, and other plumbing components.
- Water Heater Services – Repair and replace traditional and tankless water heaters.
- Leak Detection & Repair – Identify and resolve leaks in residential plumbing systems.
- Sewer & Drain Services – Perform drain cleaning and minor sewer line repairs.
- Customer Communication – Clearly explain issues, solutions, and maintenance recommendations in a professional manner.
- Service Documentation – Maintain accurate work orders and records using Service Titan or similar trade software.
- Code Compliance & Safety – Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, regulations, and company safety policies.
- Work Independently & Adapt – Manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision and flexibility for overtime or weekends as needed.
- Experience – 3 years of experience as a plumber, with a focus on residential service.
- Certification – Plumbing certification or equivalent technical/trade school experience preferred.
- Technical Expertise – Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including soldering and fixture replacements.
- Service Software Skills – Experience with Service Titan or similar software is a plus.
- Customer-Focused Mindset – Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to enhance the customer experience.
- Attention to Detail – Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to plumbing codes and regulations.
- Driver's License – Valid license with a clean driving record.
