Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our HVAC, water treatment, and water heater service and maintenance operations. This role also includes managing retail partner portals such as Lowe’s and Home Depot to ensure accurate service coordination, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
· Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for HVAC systems, water heaters, and water treatment solutions.
· Follow up on quotes, proposals, and service agreements.
· Collaborate with outside sales and dispatcher to ensure accurate results from the appointments.
· Maintain CRM records and track sales leads and opportunities.
· Schedule service and maintenance appointments for HVAC systems, water heaters, and water treatment equipment, from the retail portals.
· Review sales booking script with potential customers.
· Confirm next day appointments with sales script.
· Provide proactive follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction, on non booked leads.
Retail Portal Management:
· Maintain and update Lowe’s and Home Depot portals.
· Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and service requests submitted through retail platforms.
· Ensure compliance with partner requirements, including documentation, pricing, and service standards.
· Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and fulfill orders placed through retail channels.

· Quote Follow-Up Rate: Timeliness and effectiveness of follow-ups on quotes and proposals.
· First Contact Rate: Percentage of customer appointments booked during the first interaction.
· Service Scheduling Efficiency: Average time from customer request to scheduled appointment.
· Portal Accuracy: Accurate and timely updates on Lowe’s and Home Depot portals.
· CRM Data Integrity: Accuracy and completeness of customer and sales data entered.
