Job Description
$9.00/hr Plus commission
EARNING POTENTIAL OF $400 WEEKLY (HOURLY PLUS COMMISSION/BONUSES)
TMC, one of Inc. 500/5000’s Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies for 2011. The role of the Inside Sales Agent is to generate sales while building and growing sales pipelines with “C” level decision makers.
Responsibilities
- Daily activities will consist of calling consumers about reducing their energy costs.
- Ability to build rapport and overcome objections.
- Proactively build and track a prospective sales/customer pipeline.
- Actively participate in feedback and coaching sessions.
- Ability to work successfully in a team-based call center environment.
- Meet weekly/monthly sales goals.
- MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A CALL CENTER SALES ROLE WHERE COMMISSION IS THE GOAL.***
Qualifications
Education, Training, and Experience
- 1 – 2 years experience in outbound sales/telemarketing.
- Motivation to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to treat confidential information with sensitivity
