What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care (Mowing/Trimming/Leaf Cleanup for 2026 Green/Fall Season) position at Total Lawn Care Inc. (Moscow ID/Pullman WA)?
-Mow/Edge/Trim grass
-Operate equipment (push mowers, rider/stand up mowers, aerators, power rakes, weedeaters rototillers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, etc.)
-Landscaping projects
-Leaves and pruning, and snow shoveling in the winter.
Notes:
-You must be able to work with another worker every day, and with others often.
-You will have to be able to read from our route list and keep track of your start and stop times.
-You must have a standard driver's license*, no insurance restrictions, and reliable transportation to and from work.
-You must be at work every day, and be on time. Start times range during the year, from 530am for snow, to 630am for spring/summer, and sometimes 8am in the fall when it's cold in the morning. shifts are 6 to to 8 hours.
-You must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly, all day long.
-Must be willing to learn how to safely operate several kinds of outdoor maintenance equipment.
-Pesticide, herbicide, fertilizer, or landscape irrigation experience is of great use to TLC, and worth more to us for your pay rate.
*TLC provides the following: Work shirts, work pants, work hat, and a work coat.
