Lawn Care Crew Lead

We are hiring a Full-Time Crew Lead to maintain lawns for our commercial and residential customers in Moscow, Pullman, Lewiston, and Clarkston.
This position is available immediatly and goes through the end of November.

Responsibilities:
- Operate lawn care equipment (aerators, mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers) safely and efficiently
- Mow, trim, edge, and blow off surfaces to maintain a neat appearance
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Assist with various lawn care tasks as needed
- Oversee and guide crew members to ensure quality service
- Communicate with management, co-workers and customers
- Ensure equipment is maintained and ready for use
- Lead by example to maintain a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift heavy objects, work in all weather conditions, and stand for extended periods
- Pass employment screening
- Available to work Tuesday–Friday, shifts ranging from 9 to 11 hours per day
- Previous lawn care experience preferred, leadership skills required
