Residential Remodeling Carpenter / Flooring Installer / Punch-Out Worker
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour, with higher pay based on experience and skill level
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and skilled construction worker to join our residential remodeling team. We are looking for someone who has experience in carpentry, flooring installation, punch-out work, or multiple construction trades.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform residential remodeling and repair work
- General carpentry, trim, doors, baseboards, cabinets, and finish work
- Install flooring such as LVP, laminate, vinyl, and hardwood
- Complete punch-list and final repair items
- Perform drywall, painting, caulking, and other finish touch-ups
- Make minor repairs and adjustments
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Work professionally in customers' homes
- Follow instructions and complete projects on schedule
- Identify problems and communicate needed materials or additional work
Qualifications
- Construction, remodeling, carpentry, flooring, or handyman experience preferred
- Experience in multiple trades is a plus
- Ability to use common hand and power tools
- Good attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be comfortable performing physical work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing
- Positive attitude and professional communication with customers and coworkers
Entry-level applicants with a strong work ethic are welcome to apply. Experienced candidates may qualify for higher pay.
