Project Manager
Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, organized Project Manager to oversee projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing schedules, labor, materials, subcontractors, budgets, and client communication to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with exceptional customer satisfaction.
You will have the autonomy to make decisions that best serve the company and our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all active projects for efficiency, profitability, and timely completion
- Create and manage project schedules
- Coordinate work with customers, field supervisors, employees, and subcontractors
- Collect and review subcontractor quotes; onboard and manage qualified subcontractors
- Place and confirm material orders; schedule deliveries
- Create and review work orders
- Review timecards and monitor job costing for accuracy and profitability
- Prepare and issue change orders for scope changes
- Send invoices at project milestones
- Obtain required permits and maintain documentation
- Provide regular client updates and ensure customer satisfaction
- Request reviews and referrals upon project completion
Qualifications:
- Project management experience (construction industry preferred)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and job costing
Pay is based on years of experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
