Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Consolidating and standardizing product data (SKUs, descriptions, attributes, pricing, inventory) from various sources.
- Channel Syndication: Distributing consistent, rich product content to e-commerce sites, marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy), and social media.
- Product Enrichment: Partnering with Marketing team to add high-quality visuals (images, videos) and detailed information to create compelling product pages.
- Process Automation: Streamlining workflows for adding new products, updating information, and managing promotions.
- Performance Analysis: Using data to understand how catalog content affects sales and customer behavior.
- Improved Customer Experience: Accurate info reduces hesitation and returns, while rich content aids purchase decisions.
- Increased Efficiency: Automates tasks, saving time and reducing manual errors.
- Omnichannel Consistency: Ensures a uniform brand message across all customer touchpoints.
- Sales Growth: Effective organization and presentation drive conversions and support cross-selling/upselling.
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills.
- Technical proficiency with cataloging software & databases
- BI (Business Analytics) tools (Phocas)
- Automation tools (transaction automation – UNFORMS)
- Analytical skills to interpret performance data.
- Excellent communication with marketing, sales, purchasing and IT teams.
- PIM (Product Information Management)

- DAM (Digital Asset Management)
- E-commerce Platforms & Marketplaces: Kodaris and/or other eCommerce platforms
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- High school diploma or equivalency required
