Total Energy Solutions is seeking a driven and strategic General Manager with strong generator industry experience to lead and grow operations across Louisiana and Texas. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for driving revenue, strengthening operations, and building high-performing teams across generator sales, service, and operations.

The Role
Oversee all TES operations while driving strategic growth. Partner with leadership to execute business plans, expand market presence, and ensure operational efficiency across multiple locations.
This role requires a leader who understands generator systems, field service operations, and the urgency of critical power support.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities within generator sales, rentals, and service markets
- Operations: Lead multi-location generator service and operations teams
- Sales Leadership: Drive revenue across generator equipment, service contracts, and emergency response work
- Leadership: Build and develop high-performing teams across sales, service, and operations
- Market Presence: Represent TES with customers, vendors, and industry partners in the power generation space
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing operations and teams
- Strong background in the generator, power generation, or critical power industry REQUIRED
- Experience with generator service, maintenance programs, or equipment sales strongly preferred
- 3 years of sales experience with measurable results
- Strong business acumen and growth mindset
- Experience in Oil & Gas or industrial markets preferred
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Details
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 performance bonus (based on experience)
Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday (additional hours as needed)
Travel: Moderate to frequent
