We are a trade show exhibit company looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused person to manage client inventory, coordinate shipping, and support exhibit preparation. This is not a standard warehouse role. It combines logistics, customer service, and hands‑on exhibit work.
Responsibilities
- Manage client and rental inventory in asset management software
- Check in/out items, maintain accurate records, organize warehouse storage
- Stage rental exhibits, test fit graphics, prep outbound shipments
- Coordinate shipping to and from trade shows using FedEx Ship Manager and other carrier tools
- Track shipments and ensure on‑time delivery
- Communicate with clients about inventory, shipping, and show prep
- Train clients on how to set up their displays
- Assist with basic exhibit assembly and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with FedEx Ship Manager is a strong plus
- Ability to lift, stage, and assemble exhibit components
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
