What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at TOTAL COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT?
Management Company in Nassau County seeking Property Manager to manage Condominiums, Co-ops and HOAs. Our Property Managers are responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our residential properties and ensuring homeowner satisfaction.
Duties include:
· Monthly Board meetings
· Weekly walkthroughs of properties
· Oversight of property finances
· Arranging for repairs and maintenance
· Bidding out of annual contracts
· Investigating and resolving property complaints and violations
Skills required:
· Customer service and interpersonal skills
· Good verbal communication
· Attention to detail
· Organization and the ability to multitask efficiently
· Problem-solving to find effective solutions for a variety of potential issues
· Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel
Minimum three (5) years experience. Several positions available.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
