We are hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to support customers throughout New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. This position is ideal for technicians who enjoy troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment while traveling throughout the Northeast.

What You'll Do
As a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems at customer locations throughout New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service
- Install, troubleshoot, and service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, heat pumps, and air handlers
- Service commercial refrigeration systems, walk-in coolers, and walk-in freezers
- Troubleshoot refrigeration circuits and refrigeration components
- Repair and maintain boilers and hydronic heating systems
- Diagnose electrical controls, thermostats, relays, contactors, motors, and control wiring
- Replace compressors, motors, belts, bearings, filters, expansion valves, and other HVAC/R components
- Complete electronic work orders and service documentation accurately
- Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and service management
- Travel throughout New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts to support commercial customer locations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC/R service experience
- Graduate of an accredited HVAC or mechanical technical program
- EPA Universal Certification (Required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience servicing commercial HVAC systems from 1-50 tons
- Experience troubleshooting refrigeration systems
- Working knowledge of boilers, electrical systems, and HVAC controls
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and equipment schematics
- Own standard HVAC hand tools, gauges, and electrical meters
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and participate in an on-call rotation as needed
- Ability to travel throughout New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts
