Job Skills / Requirements

START IMMEDIATELY - Cleaner with Janitorial Experience. Schedule and Location: Miami Beach - Monday through Friday from 5:00pm to 10pm (40 hours/ Weekly).

We are looking for a dedicated, client focused and passionate about delivering exceptional quality Team Lead, to supervise and coordinate activities of a team of Cleaning Specialists engaged in cleaning and maintaining diverse facilities. You will be working under the direction of the Area Manager for the Environmental Services Division.What You'll Do:

  • Report to the Area Manager daily, receive assignments, and communicate issues from previous shifts.
  • Conduct routine inspections of all suites/areas to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Ensure immediate corrections are made and maintain the highest level of service quality across all accounts.
  • Organize the team and ensure all areas are properly covered.
  • Train, coach, and develop cleaning specialists; ensure all employees complete orientation and required training before starting work.
  • Assign job duties based on site requirements and provide hands-on support when needed.
  • Cover shifts for cleaning specialists during absences.
  • Coordinate coverage and staffing adjustments as needed.
  • Deliver supplies to small accounts when required.
  • Inspect equipment, supplies, janitor closets, and ensure all chemical bottles are properly labeled.
  • Ensure all contracted services are completed as scheduled and meet expectations.
  • Provide written reports, recommendations, and feedback to the Area Manager regarding performance, attendance, and service quality.
  • Send nightly reports with updates, findings, and issues identified.
  • Communicate professionally and respond promptly to suggestions, concerns, or problems.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies for each account and support equipment maintenance/repair processes.
  • Review time sheets and monitor exception reports daily.
  • Coordinate special projects with the Area Manager.
  • Assist with hiring, terminations, transfers, and employee-related matters in collaboration with HR.
  • Promote and maintain a safe work environment; conduct and document safety meetings.
  • Ensure employees wear proper uniforms, ID badges, and required safety gear at all times.
  • Collaborate with risk management on safety issues or incidents.
  • Prepare accounts in advance for inspections and keep management informed.
  • Support the management team and perform additional assigned duties.

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of janitorial supervisory experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Flexible availability — nights, days, weekends, and on-call shifts.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and reliable follow-through.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to read and follow schedules.
  • Strong safety awareness at all times.
  • Exceptional client-care mindset; committed to exceeding expectations.
  • Effective time and task-management abilities.
  • Proactive in preventing issues and inspiring the team.
