What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Specialist - Post Construction -#3413 position at Total Cleaning?
START IMMEDIATELY - Cleaner with Janitorial Experience. Schedule and Location: Hollywood - Friday (ONLY) 8:30am to 1:30pm (5 hours/Weekly).We are looking to start immediately a cleaning specialist that is dedicated, detailed and passionate about delivering exceptional quality services.

- Clean floors and surfaces using prescribed cleaning methods and procedures.
- Mix appropriate proportions of cleaning and disinfecting materials following safety protocols.
- Dust, mop and sweep offices break areas, elevators, restrooms, common areas, or other type of rooms depending on the account assigned.
- Clean and disinfect areas as per scope of work.
- Empty trash receptacles.
- Inform supervisor or Area Manager is any supplies are needed.
- Inform housekeeping supervisor of any cleaning equipment that may need repair or replacement
- Inform housekeeping supervisor about any building hazard
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning equipment and supplies
- Organize janitorial storage closet as needed.
- Secure all interior offices if applicable.
- Shut off all lights if required
- Set alarm if applicable and secure main entry door.
- Other duties as needed based on scope of work.
- Maintenance and/or cleaning experience.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous.
- Must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Must be able to perform tasks that involve light lifting, bending, and stooping.
- Must maintain a strong awareness of safety at all times.
