- Picking up trash from walkways.
- Using a blower in parking lots to remove debris
- Maintaining outside areas clean.
- Clean and disinfect areas as per scope of work.
- Empty trash receptacles.
- Inform housekeeping supervisor about any building hazard.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Organize janitorial storage closet as needed.
- Inform supervisor or Area Manager is any supplies are needed.
- Inform housekeeping supervisor of any cleaning equipment that may need repair or replacement.
- Other duties as needed based on scope of work.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous.
- Must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Must be able to perform tasks that involve light lifting, bending, and stooping.
- Must maintain a strong awareness of safety at all times.
- Must be in good physical condition and able to comfortably perform extended periods of walking, standing, bending, stooping, and lifting.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move 25 pounds or more on a regular basis.
- Capable of working on your feet for long periods and performing repetitive physical tasks.
