Job Skills / Requirements

START IMMEDIATELY – Join our team as a Porter! We’re looking for someone reliable, detail-focused, and committed to keeping our facilities clean, organized, and running smoothly.What You'll Do:

• Picking up trash from walkways.
• Using a blower in parking lots to remove debris
• Maintaining outside areas clean.
• Clean and disinfect areas as per scope of work.
• Empty trash receptacles.
• Inform housekeeping supervisor about any building hazard.
• Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Organize janitorial storage closet as needed.
• Inform supervisor or Area Manager is any supplies are needed.
• Inform housekeeping supervisor of any cleaning equipment that may need repair or replacement.
• Other duties as needed based on scope of work.

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Must be able to perform tasks that involve light lifting, bending, and stooping.
• Must maintain a strong awareness of safety at all times.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be in good physical condition and able to comfortably perform extended periods of walking, standing, bending, stooping, and lifting.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move 25 pounds or more on a regular basis.
• Capable of working on your feet for long periods and performing repetitive physical tasks.
