Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure professional growth, accountability, and high performance.
- Partner with executive leadership to design and execute a people strategy that supports organizational growth and culture.
- Oversee talent acquisition by developing creative sourcing strategies, ensuring strong cultural alignment, and guiding recruitment for all positions.
- Manage employee relations by providing guidance on complex HR issues, conducting investigations, and ensuring fair and compliant practices.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to maintain equity, competitiveness, and retention of top talent.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and payer participation requirements.
- Oversee payroll operations and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing.
- Champion employee engagement and development through training programs, leadership development, and performance initiatives.
- Maintain HR policies and systems that reflect best practices and support our culture of excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- At least 3 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in a multi-site or healthcare organization.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, change management, and organizational development.
- Deep knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern HRIS/talent management systems.
