Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greer, AZ, for a Human Resources Director. The Human Resources Director will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including the development and implementation of HR policies, employee relations, and performance management strategies. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, addressing staff concerns, providing guidance on HR best practices, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) management, including strategic planning and employee engagement
- Proficiency in developing, implementing, and overseeing HR Policies
- In-depth experience managing Employee Relations and addressing workplace matters effectively and diplomatically
- Comprehensive knowledge of Performance Management systems and processes
- Thorough understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure regulatory compliance
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience in the outdoor recreation, tourism, or hospitality industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
