Total Care Connections, one of the fastest-growing home care and home health organizations, is seeking an exceptional Executive Director to lead our Tucson operations. This is an opportunity to drive business growth, build high-performing teams, and help deliver exceptional care to seniors and families throughout the community.
What You'll Do
As Executive Director, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership for our Tucson branch, ensuring excellence in patient care, team performance, compliance, and financial success.
You'll:
- Lead, coach, and develop clinical and administrative teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Oversee branch operations, including P&L, budgeting, KPIs, and overall operational performance.
- Build and strengthen referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, and community partners.
- Drive strategic growth initiatives, including expansion of our skilled home health, private duty nursing, and Parent CNA programs.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing, accreditation standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Champion quality assurance, infection control, and continuous operational improvement.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify new opportunities for growth and service expansion.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys balancing strategy with day-to-day operations.
Qualifications include:
- 3-5 years of healthcare leadership experience, preferably within home care, home health, or healthcare operations.
- Experience managing branch operations, financial performance, and operational KPIs.
- Proven success leading, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
- Strong business development skills with experience building referral and community partnerships.
- Solid knowledge of healthcare compliance, licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business preferred.
