About TBP: Total Body Performance is a premium cash-based chiropractic and wellness clinic serving high-performers, athletes, and active individuals who demand results. We combine advanced chiropractic care with fitness training, hormone optimization, and recovery services. Position Overview: This is a dynamic role combining front desk coordination, social media content creation, facility maintenance, and patient engagement. You'll be the first impression for our practice and a key part of our marketing and patient acquisition process.
Primary Responsibilities:
● Greet patients and maintain welcoming, professional environment
● Facility maintenance and cleaning between appointments
● Social media content creation and management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
● Answer phones, schedule appointments, manage patient communications
● Call/text prospective patients from online leads and inquiries
● Pre-qualify potential patients for appropriate care programs
● Light administrative work and computer tasks
● Capture before/after content, patient testimonials, and practice highlights
Required Qualifications:
● Strong social media skills (content creation, posting, engagement)
● Passion for fitness, health, and chiropractic/wellness
● Comfortable making outbound calls and having sales conversations
● Excellent communication skills - warm, confident, professional
● Self-motivated and able to work independently
● Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented
Preferred/Bonus Skills:
● Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM system
● Facebook Leads Center or ads management experience
● Background in fitness, athletic training, or wellness industry
● Experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare setting
● Comfortable on camera for social content

Compensation: Depending on experience performance bonuses, range: $15-$25/hr. Benefits available.
