About the Opportunity
Our client, a growing leader in the aviation sector, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager – Cabin Solutions & IFE to support commercial growth across the aviation aftermarket. You will play a key role in market research, commercial strategy, revenue planning, and customer development while supporting solutions that enhance aircraft cabin environments and the passenger experience. Your ability to analyze market opportunities, develop financial models, and translate data into actionable business strategies will contribute directly to the company’s continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth aviation market research and competitive intelligence.
- Perform pricing and financial analysis to support business development and product bundle strategies.
- Analyze airline fleet data to identify high-potential target markets aligned with product capabilities.
- Develop revenue forecasts and conduct qualitative margin analysis.
- Build revenue models supporting retrofit, repair, and partnership programs.
- Monitor and report commercial KPIs to support pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
- Engage with prospects to generate new business and expand existing customer relationships.
- Support internal commercial processes, including invoice preparation, forecasting updates, and CRM management.
- Prepare executive and board-level insights, strategic reports, and investor updates.
- Develop data-driven dashboards to evaluate go-to-market performance and commercial trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aerospace sales, business development, or a related commercial role.
- Knowledge of the commercial aviation aftermarket.
- Experience with cabin interiors, in-flight entertainment (IFE), or aircraft component sales is a plus.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including experience with forecasting and margin analysis.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, as well as Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare executive-level materials.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work on-site part of the week as required.
