About the Opportunity
We’re a leading private aviation charter company, and we’re looking for a dedicated Lead Aircraft Mechanic to join our team. You’ll help us uphold the highest standards of safety and excellence across our fleet, including the Beechjet 400A and Hawker 800XP. Responsibilities:
- Lead and perform maintenance on our corporate jets, ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Mentor and support our maintenance team while enforcing FAA and company standards.
- Manage maintenance records, work orders, and return-to-service documentation with accuracy.
- Coordinate with management on aircraft status, schedules, and operational needs.
- Maintain accountability for tools, equipment, and inspection aids in the hangar.
Requirements:
- A&P License (Airframe & Powerplant) under 14 CFR Part 65.
- 5 years of experience in corporate aircraft maintenance.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
- Ability to read/interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with calibrated testing equipment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Availability for varied work hours.
- Preferred: Experience on Beechjet 400A / Hawker 800XP.
- Ability to relocate or commute reliably to Fort Lauderdale, FL.
