Be ready to travel approximately 25% of the time to support exciting AOG events. Respond rapidly to AOG situations with on-site diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair.

Perform inspections, repairs, replacements, and maintenance in line with FAA regulations and company procedures.

Apply advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve aircraft system issues quickly.

Document all maintenance actions in logs, work orders, and electronic systems.

Work closely with flight crews and maintenance teams to prioritize and resolve AOG events.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace following FOD prevention practices.

Assist with parts inventory, tool tracking, and ensuring materials are available for immediate response.

Participate in safety audits, incident reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Stay current on FAA regulations and best practices; travel up to 25% for offsite AOG events.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
-
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License.

8 years of hands-on AOG aircraft maintenance experience.

Strong background in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Solid understanding of jet and/or turboprop systems, avionics, and engines.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varied hours.

Able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various hangar environments.

Deep knowledge of FAA regulations, IPM, and ATA codes.

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.

Safety-Sensitive position requiring FAA-mandated drug and alcohol testing.
