The ideal candidate for this position is a professional and energetic team player who is able to multi-task effectively, offer quick and accurate responses, articulate issues and concerns professionally, and provide creative input to help advance client’s brands.
Duties:
Full-Time | In-Office, 5 Days a week
- Execute high-quality design and production for marketing materials including digital ads, email campaigns, social media content, landing pages, website assets, and print collateral across a wide range of industries
- Design and build responsive website layouts in WordPress, including new page creation, content updates, visual enhancements, and production optimization
- Translate creative briefs into strategic, visually compelling concepts while maintaining brand consistency and marketing objectives
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Designer, Junior Designer, and account team to develop cohesive campaigns and deliverables
- Adapt and scale campaign assets across multiple platforms and formats with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment
- Demonstrate strong typography, layout, and production skills across both digital and print mediums
- Review and refine creative content to ensure polished, client-ready deliverables
- Prioritize assignments based on client needs and internal workflow while meeting tight deadlines
- Accurately track and report time spent on projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design or related creative role (agency experience preferred)
- Solid understanding of typography, layout principles, brand consistency, and print production standards
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills, including file management, naming conventions, and asset preparation for production
Design Skills
- Expertise working within the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Proficient in Canva
- Basic video editing experience preferred
- Experience working in WordPress: updating text, photos, and links
- Basic HTML understanding is a plus
- Figma experience is a plus
