We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to support the development and well-being of children in a nurturing environment. Duties
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, following established safety protocols
- Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices
- Implement behavior management strategies to foster positive behavior and emotional development
- Support early childhood education initiatives by facilitating classroom activities and learning exercises
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and daily experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating environment conducive to childhood growth
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute educational programs and activities tailored to children's needs
- Must be 18 or older, reliable transportation and able to work flexible hours
Experience
- Prior experience with childcare, babysitting, nannying, or classroom teaching is highly preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development stages and appropriate caregiving techniques
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is desirable but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification required if not already held
- Familiarity with early childhood education practices, preschool activities, and behavior management strategies
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and needs
- Previous experience caring for infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children is advantageous
