We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of childhood development. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children of various ages, including infants and preschoolers. The Childcare Provider will be responsible for engaging children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Duties
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that support educational growth and development.
- Provide care for infants, including feeding, diaper changing, and comforting.
- Assist preschool-aged and After school aged children in developing social skills through play and group activities.
- Educate children on basic hygiene practices and healthy habits.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment.
- Be attentive to the needs of children with disabilities, ensuring an inclusive atmosphere.
- Administer first aid when necessary and maintain a safe environment.
Experience
Candidates should possess experience in childcare settings such as babysitting, nannying, or working with children. Preferred qualifications include:
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles.
- Understanding of childhood development stages.
- Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus.
- Certification in First Aid or CPR is highly desirable And we will train you.
