Marketing Technology Intern (60544)

Tosoh Bioscience LLC is a major supplier of chromatography products to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and chemical industries. Summary

The major objective of this internship is to support the Marketing Communications and Branding team in the successful launch of a new corporate website for Tosoh Bioscience LLC. Under the guidance of the Marketing Technology Manager, the intern will assist with content migration, tagging and organizing digital assets, and quality assurance testing. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in digital marketing, web content management systems (CMS), and marketing technology platforms within the life sciences industry.

Reporting Relationships

Reports to the Marketing Technology Manager.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in migrating and formatting content from the legacy website to the new CMS platform, including creating webpages from templates, and

• Support the organization and tagging of digital assets (images, PDFs, videos) for SEO and usability.

• Apply provided SEO guidelines (e.g., add metadata and alt text) when uploading content.

• Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Strategy, and IT to ensure timely updates and approvals.

• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on user experience and interface design.

• Document processes and contribute to internal training materials for CMS users.

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

• Uphold and adhere to the Tosoh Bioscience culture and guiding principles.

• Other duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently obtained a degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore) is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing concepts.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

• Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
