Join Toshiba America Business Solutions as a Material Handler I in Horn Lake, MS.
Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of office product solutions, has an opportunity available for a Material Handler I - 2nd Shift to join our Distribution Center located in Horn Lake, MS facility.
What You'll Do
* Maintain and move materials within division, plant, or warehouse.
* Load and safely unload freight.
* Operative all material handling equipment including but not limited to forklifts, hand trucks, handheld scanners, and computer terminals.
* Forklift operations duties.
* May verify incoming material against accompanying documents to determine completeness and accuracy.
* Maintain inventory records in the computer system.
* May assemble, pack or pick materials, and kit materials.
* Perform counting actives for physical inventory, cycle count, shipping or receiving accuracy.
* Ensure proper stock rotation.
* Includes riding a cart and electric pallet jack.
* Move or remove materials to/from the appropriate storage area.
* Maintain clean, neat and orderly work areas, adhere to all safety rules and follow all established security procedures
* Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
* High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
* Experience in the material handling function.
* Demonstrated ability to speak, read and write English.
* Proven ability to continuously lift up to 50 lbs.
* Working knowledge of computerized warehouse systems.
* Clamp experience is desired.
* Must have at least 3-6 months forklift operations preferred.
Earn Well
* Hourly rate $18.00
* The flat rate for Material Handlers (Horn Lake, MS) is $18 / per hour to $18 / per hour
