We are seeking a detail-oriented and hospitality-driven Onsite Event Manager to oversee the seamless execution of private dining and special events across our venues.
Position Overview
The Onsite Event Manager is responsible for the day-of management and flawless execution of private events. This role works closely with the Private Events Sales Director, General Managers, and service teams to ensure each event is executed according to client expectations, operational standards, and brand quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute all onsite private dining and special events according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
- Coordinate event staff scheduling in alignment with directives from the Private Events Sales Director.
- Oversee room setup, décor placement, and event flow to ensure all details meet client and brand standards.
- Serve as the primary onsite contact during events, ensuring seamless service and timely communication with clients and team members.
- Communicate with General Managers and operations teams before, during, and after events for alignment and support.
- Collect event payments and finalize necessary post-event documentation as required.
- Maintain clean and organized event storage areas, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly inventoried and available.
- Support the Private Events Sales Director in administrative or logistical tasks related to event execution.
- Uphold Toscana’s service standards and hospitality values throughout every client interaction and event experience.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in event management, restaurant operations, or hospitality supervision (restaurant or hotel background preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
