We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lead Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining or nightlife settings. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and adherence to food safety standards.
- Engage with customers, providing exceptional service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations based on preferences.
- Operate Toast POS system for order processing and payment transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Stay updated on current drink trends, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes to enhance the beverage menu.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations while serving alcohol responsibly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
