What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician at our San Antonio Service Center, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the equipment and systems that power our wash operations. This includes:
- Troubleshooting and resolving equipment and mechanical/electrical issues
- Performing preventive maintenance and safety inspections
- Supporting building upkeep such as plumbing, painting, drywall repairs, and general cleaning
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to diagnose recurring equipment problems
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Tosca safety protocols
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of and adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
We’re seeking a technician who brings strong mechanical and electrical acumen and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical)
- Proficiency with basic computer tools, including Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with OSHA safety requirements and LOTO
- Electrical experience including schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic
- Mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and related systems
- Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is beneficial
- Flexibility to work overtime and support operational needs

- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
