What You'll Do
- Load handheld Reusable Plastic Containers (RPCs) onto the production line for sanitation processing
- Inspect RPCs for quality and remove waste material, stickers, tags, damaged RPCs, and non-Tosca RPCs from incoming inventory prior to sanitation
- Monitor RPCs as they move through the line and adjust input/output as needed to maximize throughput
- Unload RPCs from the end of the production line and inspect them to ensure high-quality standards are met
- Sort sanitized containers by size and type and stack finished product neatly and safely
- Repair damaged RPCs as appropriate
- Monitor and inspect supplies and materials used during processing
- Demonstrate understanding and compliance with all GMP standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including sanitizing the production line as needed
- Identify safety concerns or hazards and report them promptly
- Perform other related duties and assignments as needed within the plant
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and move 30–50 lbs regularly
- Warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Ability to understand and operate automated machinery using touchscreens and switch panels
- Ability to read and follow written instructions (quality standards, machine work instructions, etc.)
- Ability to work safely and follow required safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and chemical handling
- Ability to understand and comply with company and service center rules, policies, and procedures
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime or adjusted hours based on business volume and operational needs
- Pay: $17.00 an hour (plus a shift differential of $0.50 on 2nd shift)
