What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician at our Newnan Service Center, you will support the reliability and performance of our wash operations. Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment
- Performing preventive maintenance and conducting routine inspections
- Supporting general facility maintenance such as plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, and safety checks
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to resolve recurring issues and implement improvements
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and Tosca’s internal safety processes
- Demonstrating strong working knowledge and full adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
We’re seeking a technician with strong mechanical and electrical experience who thrives in a 12-hour rotating shift environment. The ideal candidate will bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of maintenance experience
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of OSHA safety practices, including LOTO
- Electrical knowledge including schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase systems, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic
- Mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and industrial controls
- Boiler or MIG/TIG welding experience is helpful but not required
- Willingness to work a rotating schedule and support overtime as needed
Newnan operates a 12-hour rotating shift schedule that provides built-in long weekends every other week:
- Day Shift: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Night Shift: 5:00 PM–5:00 AM
