What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician at our Riverside Service Center, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment and systems that power our wash operations. Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues across production equipment
- Performing preventive maintenance and completing safety and reliability inspections
- Supporting building maintenance tasks such as plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, and general facility upkeep
- Working closely with the maintenance team to diagnose and address recurring equipment problems
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Tosca’s internal safety standards
- Demonstrating thorough understanding and consistent application of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
We’re seeking a technician with strong mechanical and electrical experience who excels in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical)
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and LOTO procedures
- Electrical experience with schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic
- Mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls
- Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is helpful but not required
- Ability to work overtime as needed

- 1st Shift: 4:00 AM–12:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM–8:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 7:00 PM–3:30 AM
