What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician at our Garland Service Center, you’ll be a key player in maintaining the equipment and infrastructure that powers our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving equipment and manufacturing system issues in collaboration with the operations team
- Performing preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety
- Supporting general building maintenance, including minor plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, and general upkeep
- Identifying and solving recurring equipment problems alongside the maintenance team
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA and Tosca safety standards
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of and strict adherence to the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program
We’re looking for a skilled technician who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of maintenance experience, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements and production safety practices, including LOTO
- Electrical knowledge including schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase systems, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic
- Solid understanding of industrial mechanical principles (hydraulics, pneumatics, controls)
- Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed
We hire Maintenance Technicians across all shifts at the Garland Service Center:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
