Key Responsibilities
A Day in the Life:
- DATA ENTRY:
- Manage Master Data process in PDM/PLM/SAP systems, entering and updating product attributes to maintain system and reporting accuracy.
- Set up styles and maintain records
- Execute pricing updates and segmentation workflows
- Complete markdown input and generation tasks
- Pull reports and prepare documentation
- SYSTEMS AND TOOLS PROFICIENCY:
- SharePoint
- PLM/PDM/SAP
- MicroStrategy, plus
- Microsoft Office Suite; Excel & PowerPoint
- Additional asset-management or reporting tools
- SAMPLE MANAGEMENT:
- Maintain and organize sample closets and drawers
- Coordinate seasonal rotations
- Track and manage loaned samples
- DAILY ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:
- Provide administrative support to the Licensing Creative and Commercial Teams
- Support scheduling, file management, communication, and documentation tasks
- Report pulling and formatting
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
