Role Description

This role supports the Global Client Services team across contract management, licensee coordination, and client engagement. It manages and maintains the Brand Comply system for agreements, product approvals, and reporting, while also coordinating product development, marketing initiatives, and launch activities. The position involves regular follow-ups with clients and licensees, supports sales materials and presentations, and oversees post-launch activities such as royalty tracking and quarterly updates. Additionally, it provides support to Brand Managers on key accounts and other ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Client Services, Communication, and Customer Service to effectively manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Experience in Administrative Assistance with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on fostering positive relationships with internal and external partners
• Proficiency in using office productivity tools and CRM software is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• An understanding of brand licensing or experience in a similar field is a plus
• Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
