The Role
As a Cashiers / Guest Host, you are the first impression of our restaurant. You aren't just taking orders; you are ensuring that our "People First" mission is felt by every guest.
Your Responsibilities:
- Hospitality: Greet guests with warmth and ensure they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
- Menu Expertise: Be an ambassador for our fresh, scratch-made food, helping guests navigate our authentic flavors.
- Service & Efficiency: Take orders accurately as a cashier and serve drinks with a sense of urgency.
- Pride in Place: Keep the dining area and storefront sparkling clean, maintaining the high standards our community expects.
Requirements:
Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
Shifts: Day and night shifts available.
Experience: Cash handling experience. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus; however, a great attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
Language: English and Spanish.
